- цивилизованная конкуренция между партиями
- формирование фракций в региональных собраниях всеми партиями, представленными там
- мандат в региональных собраниях получают все партии, преодолевшие 5% барьер
- партии, не представленные в ГД, но прошедшие в в региональные собрания освобождаются от сбора подписей
- в дальнейшем - вообще отказаться от сбора подписей для партий.
- одно заседание региональных собраний посвящать заслушиванию непарламентских партий
- навести порядок с досрочным голосованием и с практикой использования открепительных
- равные возможности использования муниципальных зданий для ведения агитации
- в регионах - принять закон о равном доступе партий к СМИ
- Госдуме и СФ все заседания транслировать в интернете. Широкополосном, естессно)))))))
- ввести ежегодный отчет руководителей исполнительной власти в регионах перед региональными собраниями
- заняться техническим переоснащением избирательной системы.

Обидней всего , что это совершили  именно Тюменские  ОМОНовцы .   Ведь именно Тюмень , в свое время приютила   практически весь отряд легендарного Рижского  ОМОНа  и   они потом  воспринимались как синонимы .
Находясь на советском западе ,  они раньше всех ощутили чем кончится демократизация  и  в одиночку   стояли за СССР  ,  в то время как милионные отряды людей в форме  , как парализованные смотрели , как  штатовские лизоблюды из Политбюро крушат  страну , не смея даже пикнуть .

А сколько говорили и писали про госкорпорации. Про их нежизнеспособность, про ужасную организацию работы и высасывание бюджетных средств на несуществующие или переоцененные проекты.
